Refund Policy

Bink has a standard 30 day return policy from the date of order. Returned goods must be unused and returned in the condition in which they were shipped. If the bottles are received at our warehouse and have clearly been used, we will not refund you for the order and the bottles will be destroyed. 

 

Please email customerservice@binkmade.com to schedule your return. We kindly ask for 3-5 business days upon receiving orders to process returns. Please note : We refund the purchase amount minus a $8 return shipping fee.

Please note we do not accept international order returns.

All sale/discounted items are final sale.
