Bink has a standard 30 day return policy from the date of order. Returned goods must be unused and returned in the condition in which they were shipped. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping goods back to Bink unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Please email email@example.com to schedule your return. Upon receiving the item in the condition in which it was shipped, we will process a full refund.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All sale/discounted items are final sale.
Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the order number from the transaction through which the warranted product was purchased. The order number serves as your warranty number and must be retained. Bink will not offer a warranty service without this number.
Bink warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original ship date. During this period, we will replace, refund or repair the item free of charge. This warranty does not cover abuse, unusual use or damaged otherwise caused by the customer outside of normal wear and tear.
