Returns / Refunds

Bink has a standard 30 day return policy from the date of order. If you are not happy with your bottle/s for any reason, we’ll take them back–no questions asked. Returned goods must be unused and returned in the condition in which they were shipped.

Please email to schedule your return. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges if any. 

All sale/discounted items are final sale. 

Product warranty / Broken Glass 

All our bottles are made from thick glass, however if you accidentally break it within the first 365 days of purchase please retain the cap & sleeve then reach out to us and we will send a replacement glass bottle. We really don't want our products becoming landfill and want you to enjoy using them for years to come. All we ask is you pay the $10 shipping fee and provide a picture of the part that broke. 

Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the order number from the transaction through which the warranted product was purchased.

Bink warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original ship date. During this period, we will replace, refund or repair the item free of charge.
