I initially wanted the straw and regular cap. But opted for the flip cap via the recommendation of my mom. Also, the color I wanted was sold out. I’m happy with the flip cap because it does not leak and my 1 year old is obsessed with my bottle and drinks best from this type of cap. Wonderful for travel and I like finger hoop to carry my bottle.

Love this cap. It comes with two straws, one for each length of bottle, which is helpful. The straw fits nicely in the cap and the flow is good *once the nozzle is in the right place.*

I say this with emphasis on the nozzle being in the right place— if the little flip top nozzle thing isn’t held firmly in place against the wall of the cap, as in clamped with your finger, the water will not flow well at all. This isn’t really a problem, but it’s worth noting if you are getting this to make the bottle more hands free or if you lack finger dexterity. That isn’t my situation, so it meets my needs, but I thought it might be worth noting.

This is my second purchase for the flip cap, my kid loves hers and we got her friend one for their birthday and it is well loved!
