I studied/worked in a science lab for many years (not allowed to drink/eat inside) so I became accustomed to going the whole day without drinking water. I tried Hydroflask's wide and then narrow mouth bottles but found them kinda clunky/loud to carry around and the cap would start to leak after a few years. Then I got a Nalgene which was convenient because it was so lightweight, I didn't care about dropping it, etc. but I didn't love that it was plastic and having to unscrew the cap was enough of a deterrent for me that I barely drank any of the water (I know, so lazy). BUT I noticed that whenever I was home, I drank a decent amount of water from a mason jar, not sure why it felt so easy/satisfying but it made me want to give Bink a try. I got the flip cap as well and have seriously been drinking more water than I have in years. The bottle and cap are so easy to clean, no hard to reach cracks/spots that you can't reach with a brush like the Hydroflask caps, and the glass/silicone materials never smell! It is not the lightest bottle since it is glass afterall but it feels sturdy with the silicone sleeve. I think I feel less afraid about dropping it than I did with my Hydroflask which is saying a lot. Honestly a dream all around!
