All our products are made from high end thick Borosilicate Glass.
No, we use zero lead in the manufacturing of our Stainless Steel products.
Please reach out to customerservice@binkmade.com with your order number, shipping address and picture of your broken bottle (if possible). We will ask you to cover the shipping fee which is $12. if you are Ok with that, we will send you a payment link for the shipping fee. After payment is received we will post your new glass replacement bottle.

We do not recommend putting boiling water into any of our products. This is industry standard advice. However all our products can be used with hot and cold liquids.
Yes, all the bottles and accessories we sell can be put into your dishwasher (except for Wrist Straps).
Returns & Exchanges
Bink has a standard 30 day return policy from the date of order. Returned goods must be unused and returned in the condition in which they were shipped. If the bottles are received at our warehouse and have clearly been used, we will not refund you for the order and the bottles will be destroyed.

Please note : We refund the purchase amount minus a $8 return shipping fee.

All sale/discounted items are final sale.
Bink warrants all our products and parts against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original ship date. During this period, we will replace, refund or repair the item free of charge.

Shipping
This is very dependent on where you live. We ship all our orders with UPS Ground from Memphis, TN. Orders will usually leave our warehouse the day after your order has been placed. After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In that email you will also receive a tracking number. Please use that number to track your order.
Yes we do. You can select your preferred carrier at checkout.

USPS - Delivery times may vary, with an estimated range of 7–21 days depending on your location. USPS does not charge additional duties or tariffs, so the shipping fee paid at checkout covers the full cost of delivery.
