Don't worry we can help.

All our bottles are made from thick glass, however if you accidentally break it within the first 365 days of purchase please retain the cap & sleeve then reach out to us and we will send a replacement glass bottle. We really don't want our products becoming landfill and want you to enjoy using them for years to come. All we ask is you pay the $12 shipping fee and provide a picture of the part that broke. 

This Policy does not apply to international customers, only customers located in the Continental USA.

Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the order number from the transaction through which the warranted product was purchased.

Bink warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original ship date. During this period, we will replace, refund or repair the item free of charge.
