How much water do the bottles hold?

Both the Day Bottle & Mama Bottle hold 27oz (800ml) of water.

What is the difference between the Mama Bottle & Day Bottle?

The main difference are the tracking icons on the bottle sleeves. The Mama Bottle has time tracking markers specific to the daily water needs of Pregnant & Nursing women. The Day Bottle on the other hand has more general time tracking markers that everybody can use to achieve their daily water needs. 

What happens if I break my bottle?

Please reach out to hello@binkmade.com with your order number, shipping address and picture of your broken bottle (if possible). We will ask you to cover the shipping fee which is $12. if you are Ok with that, we will send you a payment link for the shipping fee. After payment is received we will post your new bottle. 

Do the bottles fit in a standard car cup holder?

They do not. We are working on an accessory for this. Stay tuned! They will however fit in larger car cup holders. 

Can I put boiling water in the bottles?

We do not recommend this. Also try to avoid exposing the glass to sudden temperature changes. For example, removing it from the dishwasher then instantly filling it with ice cold water. We suggest allowing the bottle to naturally cool for 1-2 minutes before use. 

Are the bottles and Lounge Straw & Cap Dishwasher safe?

Yes, all the bottles and accessories we sell can be put into your dishwasher. We recommend putting them on the top rack, but it is not essential. 

What is your return policy?

We have a standard 30 day return policy from the date of order. If you are not happy with your bottle/s for any reason, we’ll take them back–no questions asked. Returned goods must be unused and returned in the condition in which they were shipped.

How long will it take for my bottle to arrive?

This is very dependent on where you live. We ship all our orders with UPS Ground from Memphis, TN. Orders will usually leave our warehouse the day after your order has been placed. You can use the link below with the following origin ZIP code (38118) to get an estimated transit time depending on where you live. 


How do I track my order?

After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In that email you will also receive a tracking number. Please use that number to track your order. 

I didn't receive my promo code after signing up to the newsletter?

Please first check your junk / spam folders. If you still are unable to find it, please email customerservice@binkmade.com and we can send you the code. 

My package shows it was delivered but I haven't received anything?

Begin first by contacting UPS : 1 (800) 742-5877 (have your tracking number available) and ask if they can help locate your package. In the rare unfortunate event the package was stolen, please reach out to us at customerservice@binkmade.com and we will assist. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. You can select your preferred carrier at checkout.
